Java Developer

We now have a new need and are therefore looking for a consulting colleague with the qualifications listed below. The position is part of our consulting operations, which means you will be employed by us and work with clients or on internal projects and commitments. **Role:** - Lead the design and development of complex backend solutions in Java/Spring Boot. - Build and further develop APIs and microservices with a focus on performance, security, and availability. - Create and further develop a robust architecture that connects frontend, BFF, and backend services, with clear interfaces and scalability in focus. - Coach, support, and inspire colleagues to elevate the technical level of the team. - Ensure stable operations through monitoring and incident management. - Drive improvements in architecture, code quality, and methodology. - Contribute to technical strategy and coordination between teams. - Actively participate and collaborate cross-functionally in a scaled agile environment. **Your Profile (Must-Have Requirements):** - Relevant academic education at the college or university level (or equivalent experience). - Experience in designing and building architecture that connects front-end, BFF, and backend services. - Development and architecture: Java, Spring Boot, API development, relational databases. - Knowledge of cloud technology and infrastructure: Azure PaaS, IaC, Kubernetes/Docker. - Experience with DevOps/CI/CD, automation, and documentation. - Ability to lead technical initiatives, support the team, and coach other developers. **Competencies and Skills:** - Excellent knowledge of Java Spring Boot. - Experience with Azure. - Experience with DevOps. - Experience with test automation (unit tests, integration tests, etc.). - Familiarity with agile methodologies. - Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. - Kubernetes. - MongoDB. - Spring Boot Reactive. - Experience with microservices. **Application Deadline:** November 26, 2025 **About Us** Working at Deploja is something entirely different from working at a typical consulting company – and we are truly proud of that.
