Your Responsibilities
You'll be a key person moving forward and will build services managing background checks from scratch. The role involves:
• Working on new system development for efficient data collection and reporting
• Maintaining and further developing existing systems
• Developing backend and full-stack solutions focusing on .NET and databases
• Contributing to API integration and technical workflow optimization
• Actively participating in pair/mob programming and team discussions to find the best solutions

About You
We're seeking someone with several years of full-stack development experience in Microsoft environments, primarily .NET and C#, preferably combined with SQL and RabbitMQ knowledge. Experience or interest in Azure and DevOps is a plus but not required.
You are social, humble, and motivated to learn, with a logical and solution-oriented approach to technical challenges. You appreciate team collaboration and pair/mob programming, and enjoy sharing your knowledge with others.
