About the Assignment
At Talify, we are currently seeking an engaged and communicative outbound claims handler for a part-time assignment with one of our clients in the financial sector. The client is a well-established company that assists both businesses and individuals in finding sustainable financial solutions. This is an ideal part-time job for someone who enjoys phone contact, likes to find solutions, and wants to work in a company where dialogue and respect are at the core.
About the Role
In the role of outbound claims handler, you will contact customers by phone to find solutions for overdue debts. You will become part of a positive and professional team where each call makes a difference – both for the customer and for the company. You will receive thorough training in systems, procedures, and call techniques, quickly becoming confident in your role.
Your Main Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to customers with overdue debts
• Explain claims cases and discuss possible payment solutions
• Document calls and actions taken in internal systems
• Contribute to a positive experience through empathetic and professional interaction

• Has strong communication skills and is fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
