Public Health Agency - Job Opportunity: Investigator in Pharmaceutical Supply and Preparedness The Public Health Agency is a national knowledge authority working to improve public health by developing and supporting societal efforts to promote health, prevent illness, and protect against health threats. We are seeking an engaged employee who can coordinate preparations for pharmaceutical supply during serious outbreaks, analyze pharmaceutical data, and participate in national and international meetings. Your role as an investigator will include: • Ongoing work on government assignments and instructed activities to coordinate preparations for pharmaceutical supply during serious infectious disease outbreaks and antibiotic access, including tasks related to wholesale permits and GDP. • Collect, compile, and analyze pharmaceutical data to support decision-making and planning. • Participate in and represent the agency at national and international meetings and projects in the field. • Participate in and lead work in cross-professional working groups. • Perform other tasks within the unit that arise in daily work. The role may also include other investigative tasks at the agency. Who are we looking for? Requirements for employment: • Relevant master's level higher education related to the assignment. Beyond this, we value these competencies, abilities, and experiences: Highest importance: • Personal qualities including good collaboration skills, responsibility, and meticulousness. You have a holistic perspective and excellent interpersonal skills. • Experience in preparedness in areas the agency deems relevant and/or pharmaceutical supply. • Excellent communication skills in speech and writing in Swedish and English. • Experience working at a government agency and/or within regional administration. • Experience with pharmaceutical wholesale and GDP. Significant importance: • Excellent Excel skills and experience handling and analyzing large data volumes, such as pharmaceutical data. • Experience in preparedness activities and handling security-classified information. • Experience collaborating with regions and/or agency cooperation in the HVO sector. • Experience working with pharmaceuticals, infectious diseases, or public health.
