Your role Welfare crime can range from unintentional mistakes by individuals to deliberate actions in organized forms to exploit welfare systems for personal gain. This has a negative impact on the democratic system and affects not only the economy of the welfare sector but also contributes to decreased equality and eroded trust in societal institutions. You will work to prevent, detect, and investigate welfare crime. Additionally, you will coordinate and manage association support. In this role, you will alternate between working independently and collaborating with colleagues. Your main tasks will include: - Conducting several parallel in-depth investigations. - Managing complaints and deviations. - Together with the coordinator against welfare crime, ensuring that necessary routines and support documents are in place. - Continuously collaborating with suppliers and colleagues. - Participating in networks within the City of Stockholm, with suppliers and relevant authorities. - Monitoring and surveillance. - Reviewing large datasets. - Writing service statements for political committees. - Conducting site observations and inspections. This position is new, giving you the opportunity to influence and shape the assignment. Your qualifications and experience For this role, you are required to have: - A university or college degree in a relevant field for the position. - Experience in contract follow-up. - Experience in analyzing and working with large datasets. - Experience working in administrative digital systems and tools, particularly Word and Excel. - Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. It is advantageous if you have: - Experience working in a similar role related to irregularities or welfare crime. - Worked in a politically governed organization. To succeed in this role, you need to be goal and results-oriented, which is achieved by being self-driven and proactive, as you are expected to drive the work forward. You see the bigger picture and engage the right people with whom you are expected to collaborate. The role also requires problem-solving analytical skills to break down extensive datasets that need to be reviewed, analyzed, and managed.
