You will work strategically, proactively, and closely with both operations and decision-makers.
**Job Responsibilities**
The role of a legal investigator in social law involves supporting the administration's operations with their questions and issues related to social law, healthcare, LSS, and contract law. You will conduct training for the operations in these areas. You will stay at the forefront by monitoring upcoming legislation in the field and drafting proposals for the welfare committee, as well as assisting the committee in responding to consultations.
You will contribute to and work proactively with various functions within the administration's operations to establish and manage contracts, ensuring correct handling and follow-up of these. You will collaborate closely with other investigators and business developers. You will participate in and prepare documentation for procurements that are conducted and ensure that contract follow-ups are carried out during ongoing contract periods. You will help develop a healthy contract culture within the administration together with other supporting functions.
In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing the committee's fee models, calculations, and adjustments of fees in consultation with the administration's fee administrators. You will also handle the administration's negotiations regarding rents with the tenants' association and be responsible for developing models and routines in this area.
Together with other functions within the administration, you will be responsible for coordinating and developing the committee's operational plan and its follow-up.
**Qualifications**
You have an academic background in law or another area that the employer deems sufficient. Experience in the field of social law is a requirement. We also expect you to have good knowledge of legislation in healthcare as well as in the area of functional support. Experience in contract management and rental law (Land Code) is an advantage.
Experience in politically governed operations is meritorious. You are accustomed to working in digital environments and are proficient in relevant tools, such as Microsoft 365.
As a person, you are positive, collaborative, and able to work independently. You communicate clearly and have the ability to act objectively and professionally. You are used to taking personal responsibility and initiatives that lead to expected results. You have a good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing.
