About this role

Are you an experienced and committed psychologist passionate about making a difference in children's lives? We are currently seeking an investigating psychologist who wants to work on-demand at a smaller school to conduct assessments and support children in their early years. In this role, you will collaborate with teachers and other school staff to create the best possible conditions for each child's development and future. The position also involves actively participating in creating and following up on action plans for children who need extra support, in cooperation with the school team. About the Position: Service: On-demand, when children require assessment Location: School in Linköping Start: According to agreement Collaboration: The position involves close cooperation with teachers and school staff to ensure children's development and well-being. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR We seek a trained psychologist with approved qualifications to work as an investigating psychologist and experience in conducting assessments for school-age children. You have previous experience in a similar role and feel comfortable conducting psychological assessments and evaluations. You also recognize the importance of developing action plans that ensure children receive the right support and measures to promote their development. As a person, you are attentive and cooperative, thrive in a cross-professional work environment, and see your work as an important part of the school's overall efforts to support each child's individual needs and development. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting psychological assessments of school children, including evaluating their cognitive, emotional, and social development. Collaborating with teachers, school staff, and guardians to create a comprehensive understanding of the child's needs and support their development. Creating and documenting action plans based on assessments, with clear goals and measures to support the child's continued development. Following up on action plans with school staff to ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and the child's development progresses. Providing support and guidance to teachers and other school staff on issues related to children's psychological well-being.
