About the Role As a rental agent at Hyreslandslaget in Akalla, you are the hub of activity at the depot and a key person in our daily work. You are responsible for customer contact, order management, and receiving returned machines, often setting the tone for the customer's experience with HLL. Your day-to-day work is varied – you interact with customers over the counter, via phone and computer, and support colleagues at the depot to ensure smooth operations. You help customers find the right machine for the job, handle orders, and make sure machines are returned in good condition. Sometimes you also deliver machines to customer projects or assist them on-site. As a rental agent, you are responsible for delivering that extra touch. The role requires flexibility, structure, and the ability to handle stressful situations – often multiple things happen simultaneously, and it's crucial to maintain focus and provide the same high level of service throughout. Your Responsibilities • Customer service at the depot, via phone and digital channels • Order management, machine rental, and return processing • Planning and coordination of deliveries and pickups • Inspection of machines and equipment during intake and return • Collaboration with service technicians and colleagues to ensure high quality • Contributing to a positive work environment and well-functioning depot We Are Looking for Someone Who We are seeking someone who is confident, service-oriented, and solution-focused, and who is passionate about providing customers with the best experience – whether helping them at the counter, handling an order, or solving a problem over the phone. You enjoy a practical role that combines customer contact with technical and logistical tasks, and see the value in creating long-term relationships through genuine commitment and professional interaction. • Able to manage stressful situations and juggle multiple tasks • Proficient with computers and fluent in Swedish (spoken and written) • Holds a valid B driver's license (requirement) • Previous experience in machine rental or similar customer-facing role in service, construction, or infrastructure (advantageous) • Background in sales/retail (advantageous) • Experience with lifts, construction, or infrastructure machinery (advantageous) Why HLL Hyreslandslaget?
