Sveafastigheter owns, manages, and develops rental properties across Sweden. We work long-term to offer a variety of rental apartments where people feel comfortable, secure, and want to stay. About the Position We are now seeking a leasing agent for our office in Södertälje. In this role, you will be responsible for our apartments in Stockholm South - from Nacka to Södertälje. At Sveafastigheter, customer satisfaction and leasing are the focus, and you will be part of a strong team with colleagues in the region. The role involves dynamic work with extensive customer contact. You will work on everything from marketing and initial customer contact to contract writing, ensuring all administrative aspects are handled. You will closely collaborate with property managers, other leasing agents in the company, our rental administration, and our property technicians. Examples of work tasks: • Responsible for contact with existing and potential tenants, ensuring the leasing process operates efficiently. • Strategic work to rent out our apartments at the right time and to the right tenant. • Conduct pre-inspections, manage lease agreements, and reconcile payments. • Administer and update the marketplace HomeQ and property systems Vitec Rental and Vitec Technical Management. • Independently market our apartments and actively engage with potential tenants and the existing housing queue for each area. Who are we looking for? You who are sales-driven, self-motivated, and enjoy the real estate industry will be a good fit for this role. You have a business sense and a natural drive to create value and good solutions for your customers. You focus on the customer's needs and act quickly and effectively. Personal characteristics are crucial in the selection for this position, and the formal requirements are: • Education in economics or equivalent at high school level • Experience in sales and/or customer service • Excellent MS Office skills • Class B driver's license • Excellent Swedish and English skills (both spoken and written). If you can communicate in additional languages, we see this as a significant plus. If you have worked in the real estate industry for a few years, we consider this a strong merit! Experience as an assistant property manager or in a similar role is also advantageous. About the Recruitment Process We welcome your application as soon as possible!
