Their solar panels are not only sustainable but also efficient – they repay their manufacturing energy within a year and last for 20–30 years. **About the Role:** As an Experienced Field Sales Representative, you will play a central role in strengthening Sun4Energy's presence in the Umeå region. You will be based at the Umeå office and be responsible for creating new customer relationships and maximizing sales through proactive fieldwork. With freedom under responsibility, you will build your own network of both private and corporate clients while positioning Sun4Energy as a leading player in renewable energy. **Your Main Responsibilities:** - Proactively identify and contact new customers, including door-to-door outreach and networking. - Tailor energy solutions to meet the specific needs of customers. - Build long-term relationships with both homeowners and small commercial clients. - Work closely with local networks to enhance the company's visibility and create new business opportunities. - Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract. **What the Company Offers:** - A dynamic role with significant development opportunities within the company. - Training in renewable energy and sales to enhance your skills. - Competitive salary with uncapped commission. - Flexibility to work from home and the ability to influence your own workday. **Your Profile:** We are looking for a business-driven and engaged field salesperson who enjoys taking initiative and working independently. You have an eye for business opportunities and a strong desire to create success, both for yourself and the company. - At least 3 years of successful sales experience, preferably as a field salesperson in B2B and B2C. - Strong ability to build relationships and gain customer trust. - Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and high energy to drive sales processes. - Experience in generating your own leads and comfortable with door-to-door sales as a method. - Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region. - Good communication skills in Swedish and English. **Additional Information:** Location: Umeå Start: By agreement Benefits: Collective agreement, wellness allowance, company car, flexible working hours, employee options A one-year sales training program including 25 diploma courses in sales and live lectures every week.
