About the Role We are seeking a business-driven Field Sales Representative for the districts of Northern Stockholm, Uppland, Gävleborg, and Södermanland. You will report to the Sales Manager and independently plan your daily activities, including customer visits, trade shows, and events. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire sales process – from needs analysis and initial contact to closing deals and follow-up – targeting a broad customer base including construction and paint trade, floor contractors, wholesalers, and prescribing entities such as municipalities and architects. You will conduct customer meetings, product demonstrations, and negotiations, work closely with inside sales, marketing, and product development, and represent Duri at trade shows and customer events. The role requires structure, CRM usage, and proactive work to follow market trends – perfect for someone who thrives on personal responsibility and wants to impact both results and customer relationships. Your Profile We are looking for someone with strong business drive and experience in proactive B2B sales. You are accustomed to working goal-oriented, analyzing customer needs, and creating long-term relationships. Experience in floor, construction, or paint trade is highly advantageous. You have: • Experience in proactive B2B sales • Good business understanding and independent working style • Experience with CRM systems and good computer skills • Valid B driver's license (requirement) • Fluent Swedish and good English, both spoken and written We place great importance on your personality and seek someone who combines drive and structure with the ability to solve problems independently. You are results-oriented, proactive, and adept at building long-term relationships.
