About this role
Cybercampus Sweden is a national initiative and a collaboration between universities, research institutes, government agencies, and companies across Sweden.
The aim of Cybercampus Sweden is to deliver groundbreaking and agile research, innovation, and education in cybersecurity and defense, supporting all sectors of society. The activities are designed to address needs not met by other players in the cybersecurity field. The objective is to achieve results beyond what individual organizations can achieve in order to enhance cybersecurity, strengthen the community's defense capabilities, and improve Sweden's competitiveness. As a unifying national force, Cybercampus Sweden will contribute to strengthening Sweden's capacity and expertise.
Currently, Cybercampus operates mainly from Stockholm. The team consists of 15 knowledgeable colleagues, each with their own areas of responsibility, working towards a common goal and sharing tasks and experiences.
Cybercampus Sweden is now seeking one (1) Education Coordinator.
**Responsibilities**
The Education Coordinator will play a central role in the practical planning and implementation of Cybercampus Sweden's training programs aimed at senior decision-makers such as board members and owners. In this role, you will act as the hub that ensures all components work together – from the production of training materials and coordination of meetings to logistics, documentation, and collaboration with stakeholders.
Your tasks are multifaceted and include planning and project managing educational initiatives, coordinating contacts between Cybercampus, participants, and external partners, and ensuring that practicalities during training sessions are handled smoothly and professionally. You will schedule meetings, gather relevant materials, be responsible for documentation and follow-up, and continually work on quality assurance of the various parts of the training process in close dialogue with those in charge.
Furthermore, you are expected to contribute to administration and overall coordination within Cybercampus’s broader operational fields, including research, doctoral education, innovation, and infrastructure. Documenting and following up on project results is also an important aspect of the position. Responsibilities may evolve over time in line with the needs of the organization, and both domestic and international travel may occur.
**Qualifications**
*Required*
- A relevant academic background, as assessed by the employer.
- Work experience in project formats, preferably as a project leader or coordinator.
- Experience in collaboration between organizations, involving multiple stakeholders to achieve a common outcome.
- Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish and English, as this is required in daily work.
- Work experience in planning and executing events.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience working with digital collaboration and communication tools.

- Previous work experience in the public sector, academia, or innovation environments.
- Previous work experience in educational production or similar practical projects.
- Experience performing similar tasks as a consultant.
