About the Role
As an Education Manager at Grit Academy, you will work on-site and be responsible for both student support and industry collaborations, filling a key position with responsibility for mentorship, student follow-up, and management of LIA (internship placements). The position is 80-100% employment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Student Support and Mentorship: Guide and follow up on students' development to ensure everyone reaches their goals and graduates.
• LIA Management: Organize and ensure all students have access to internship placements in a timely manner.
• Industry Collaboration: Develop and maintain relationships with companies to strengthen the connection between education and working life.
• Ambassadorship: Represent Grit Academy in various networks and serve as a contact person for both companies and students.
Who We Are Seeking:
To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
• Academic education and experience in guidance, coaching, or similar roles.
• Comfort speaking in front of groups and ability to work both independently and in teams.
• A strong ability to build relationships and represent our organization professionally.
• A self-driven and results-oriented approach, with the ability to take initiative and find solutions.
• Excellent Swedish language skills, both spoken and written.
You thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and gain energy from networking and creating new contacts. Your communication skills and organized work methods enable you to balance multiple responsibilities while creating a positive impression with our students and partners.
