Education Coordinator for Adult Education

Educational Leader for Adult Education – Remote (starting Fall Term 2026) An adult education organization is seeking an experienced and dedicated Educational Leader for upper secondary courses, starting in the Fall Term of 2026. The position is entirely remote. About the Role As an Educational Leader, you will have overall responsibility for the planning, coordination, and quality assurance of adult education programs. You will lead and support the teaching team, ensure that courses comply with national guidelines, and that the instruction is delivered with high quality and equity. The work will be carried out in close collaboration with school management, teachers, and cooperating municipalities. Responsibilities • Plan and follow up on course starts, structures, and pedagogical implementation • Lead and support teachers in their daily work • Ensure that assessment, documentation, and follow-up are conducted according to applicable requirements • Participate in quality assurance work and reporting • Contribute to the development of digital pedagogical methods and distance education • Serve as a link between students, teachers, and management Qualifications • Teacher education or another pedagogical university degree • Experience in adult education, municipal adult education (Komvux), or upper secondary education • Experience working as an educational leader, program manager, principal, or coordinator • Good digital competence and familiarity with digital learning platforms (e.g., Teams, Canvas, Google Classroom, or equivalent) • Ability to work in a structured, communicative, and independent manner • Experience in quality assurance, distance pedagogy, and collaboration with municipal education providers is an advantage.
