YH Academy is seeking an Educational Leader in Healthcare and Treatment.
The role includes typical responsibilities such as overseeing students, participating in management teams, maintaining industry contacts, managing the LIA process, and handling educational administration with MYH and CSN. You will staff the courses with educators/consultants and ensure a high-quality educational delivery. The work involves providing pedagogical leadership to guide, strengthen, and support students throughout their education.
Our programs include several physical meetings that you will lead and be responsible for, so you will need to be able to travel for these occasions.
We are looking for someone who:
• Has prior experience as an educational leader within higher vocational education
• Is pedagogical and methodical, with an administrative inclination
• Enjoys communicating in various contexts, both in digital environments and during our physical meetings
• Has a strong desire to take responsibility and collaborate with colleagues
• Possesses good skills in IT-related applications and experience working in various systems and platforms
• Has strong communication skills
• Is accustomed to working remotely
• Has previous experience as an Educational Leader for higher vocational programs.

Work location: You can choose whether your primary workplace is at home or in an office, as we primarily work online.
