At Unik Resurs, we are currently seeking a driven and structured Training Coordinator on behalf of our client in Lund, who wants to work with training related to next-generation vehicle systems.

Responsibilities and Areas of Responsibility
In this role, you will have a unique opportunity to design, plan, and coordinate training for both crew and maintenance personnel who will work with advanced vehicle systems. The training will primarily be conducted at subcontractors, and you will be the hub that ensures that content, materials, equipment, and resources are in place.
You will coordinate the work between systems engineers, specialists, and subcontractors responsible for each part of the training program. Your role will also involve contact with the client, users, and suppliers – which requires professionalism, collaboration skills, and flexibility.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Planning and coordinating training for various target groups.
- Coordinating the development of training materials and technical content.
- Identifying and managing the need for equipment, facilities, and resources.
- Acting as a link between systems engineers, subcontractors, and the client.
- Ensuring that training activities follow methodology, structure, and quality.
- Driving and further developing training processes and setups.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who has:
- A technical education or other relevant technical background.
- 3–4 years of experience in coordination, planning, or project-like work.
- Excellent proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Desirable: military background or completed military service.
