Swedish Armed Forces Intelligence and Security Center (FMUndSäkC) is seeking an Education Administrator (temporary position) for the Staff Unit/Training and Exercise Department, located in Uppsala.
Swedish Armed Forces Intelligence and Security Center, FMUndSäkC, is a center for development and training within the Armed Forces' intelligence and security service. The center serves the entire defense organization and was established in 1998 when the Air Force and Army intelligence schools, along with the Defense Interpreter School, were merged at Uppsala Garrison. FMUndSäkC consists of a Staff Unit, Development Unit, Training Unit, and Interpreter School.
Reporting Unit
The Staff Unit supports and creates prerequisites for the FMUndSäkC commander and the center to plan, implement, and follow up on its activities. In addition to support functions such as HR, Security, Gender, Logistics, Production, IT, Training/Exercise, Financial, and Communication functions, there is also maintenance and secretarial support.
Primary Work Tasks
As an Education Administrator, you will work in a team administering all courses and program-bound training at FMUndSäkC. You will work broadly with administrative matters throughout the entire educational process, from application intake to course/training reporting in PRIO.
The role of Education Administrator includes:
• Administration of educational matters
• Updating registers and lists
• Providing administrative support to course management
• Handling course registrations
• Communication with applicants, course participants, and course management
Qualifications
• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience deemed comparable by the employer
• Experience in administrative work
• Good communication skills in both speech and writing
• Manual driver's license (B)
Personal Characteristics
As this is an administrative role, you must have excellent organizational skills and ability to manage work. You should be service-oriented, responsible, and show great initiative. You can work independently and easily collaborate with others. You have strong integrity but are also outgoing, as much communication with applicants and course participants occurs via phone and email. You are stress-resistant, flexible, and enjoy working in an environment of constant development.

• Experience working in government operations
