Children and Education Administration works on behalf of the Preschool Board and Primary School Board. The administration is responsible for preschool activities, school-age childcare, primary school, and adapted primary school. Our most important mission is to give all children and students in Huddinge the opportunity to develop to their full potential in a safe educational environment. About Annerstaskolan
Annerstaskolan is a preschool through 9th-grade school located in Flemingsberg, with approximately 300 students. Our fundamental belief is that all people can, want, and should succeed in their tasks, whether you are a student or staff member. We actively work with value-based issues and a positive approach. About the Job
As a social pedagogue, you are a present and relationship-building adult in students' daily lives. You are where they are, in the classroom, during breaks, and in the corridors, working both promotively and preventively to strengthen community, study environment, and safety. Through conversations, coaching, and targeted interventions, you support students in their social and personal development.
You are part of the school's safety team and student health team, and you collaborate closely with school staff, guardians, and external actors. Together, we create a holistic approach to students' safety, well-being, and learning.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who:
• Is a trained social pedagogue.
• Has several years of documented experience working in upper primary school.
• Can, if needed, take responsibility as a substitute teacher and in after-school care.
Meriting:
• Further education in areas that strengthen the role of social pedagogue.
• Experience documenting in student health journal systems.
• Previous work with children and youth with challenging behavior.
• Knowledge of neuropsychiatric functional variations (NPF).
• Good digital proficiency.
• Understanding and experience working with school governing documents.

You easily adapt to situations and needs, seeing it as natural to sometimes support the organization by stepping into teaching or working more practically in the classroom. Your curiosity, creativity, and flexibility make you an important resource in the school's collective work for safety and learning.
