Then we can offer you a position with a full monthly salary during your study period. After completing your education, you will begin your specialist service at Södertälje Hospital's intensive care unit.
Intensive Care Unit at Södertälje Hospital:
Our intensive care unit is a place where each workday offers new challenges and opportunities to make a difference. Here, you'll encounter an exciting and varied work environment, caring for patients from multiple specialties: internal medicine, surgery, orthopedics, urology, women's healthcare, and intermediate care. During on-call hours, we are also responsible for the recovery unit, which provides you with a broad and developing experience.

Your Qualifications:
Requirements:
- Registered nurse with the right to practice within Swedish healthcare
- At least 3 years of professional nursing experience
- Must be able to provide proof of admission to intensive care nursing studies starting spring 2026
Employment Type:
Permanent position. You will start with a paid specialist education that will then transition to an ICU nurse position within the 24/7 agreement.
As a nurse in a 24/7 operation, a work time agreement is applied with opportunities for stay-on bonuses (in time) and shortened weekly working hours for night work. If you work concentrated weekends and more scheduled nights, you also have the opportunity to earn additional time that can be taken as time off, money, or pension contributions.
