Qualifications: Requirements: - Licensed nurse authorized to practice within Swedish healthcare - At least 3 years of professional nursing experience - You must be able to present an admission certificate for studies in anesthesia or operating room nursing with study start no later than spring semester 2026 Employment Form: Permanent position in anesthesia or operating room. You'll begin with a paid specialist education that will transition to a specialist nurse position within the 24/7 agreement. As a nurse in a 24/7 operation, work time agreements apply with opportunities for stay-on bonus (in time) and shortened weekly work hours for night work. If you work concentrated weekends and more scheduled nights, you also have the opportunity for additional earned time that can be taken as time off, money, or pension allocation.
