About the Role As a procurement consultant at ArkivIT, you will lead and support our clients through procurement processes and business-critical solutions. You will ensure that our clients conduct their business correctly through effective and well-executed purchasing processes.
Your Responsibilities:
• Lead and carry out procurement processes from start to finish.
• Ensure that procurements are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Provide advice and support to clients throughout the procurement process.
• Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve the best results.
Qualifications Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience in procurement and contract work, preferably within the public sector.
• Knowledge of the Public Procurement Act (LOU) and other relevant regulations.
• Strong understanding of commonly used procurement systems.
• Relevant education in economics, engineering, public administration, or law.
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
Meritorious:
• Experience working with large and complex procurements.
• Experience in leading and developing processes within the public sector.
