About us ArkivIT is a leading consulting firm with expertise in digital archiving and information management, with a strong focus on the public sector. Since our establishment in 2010, we have grown and developed, and we are now seeking an experienced procurement consultant to strengthen our team. We work on assignments for both public and private clients and have a strong culture that values competence and development. About the Role As a procurement consultant at ArkivIT, you will lead and support our clients through procurement processes and business-critical solutions. You will ensure that our clients conduct their business correctly through effective and well-executed purchasing processes. Your Responsibilities: • Lead and carry out procurement processes from start to finish. • Ensure that procurements are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. • Provide advice and support to clients throughout the procurement process. • Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve the best results. Qualifications Requirements: • At least 5 years of experience in procurement and contract work, preferably within the public sector. • Knowledge of the Public Procurement Act (LOU) and other relevant regulations. • Strong understanding of commonly used procurement systems. • Relevant education in economics, engineering, public administration, or law. • Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. Meritorious: • Experience working with large and complex procurements. • Experience in leading and developing processes within the public sector.
