JOB DESCRIPTION
The procurement lawyer we are seeking will play a central and important role in Skånes Kommuner’s development journey. You will work with legal issues and procurements of great strategic significance for the municipalities in Skåne. One of the key assignments is to ensure the member municipalities' needs for social services. Skånes Kommuner is engaged in intensive work to develop the procurement and follow-up model to combat welfare crime, and you will be an important part of this development work.
As a procurement lawyer, you will divide your time between handling procurement legal issues and conducting procurements. You will be responsible for:
• Procurement legal and other legal issues that may arise at Skånes Kommuner
• Collaborating with colleagues to develop agreements and working methods to prevent welfare crime and promote fair competition
• Managing your own large complex procurements and administering contracts, in close collaboration with stakeholders at Skånes Kommuner and member municipalities.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with a university degree in law. You have a good understanding of procurement legislation and preferably experience working with procurement in the public sector. You possess excellent Swedish language skills, both spoken and written, as well as good general IT skills.
It is advantageous if you have:
• Experience in IT procurement
• Experience in complex service procurement, preferably within social services
• Good knowledge of contract law
• Good knowledge of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
• Experience in developing requirements and follow-up methods to prevent eco- and welfare crime or similar issues.
