Procurement Officer for a Government Agency in Stockholm

**About the Position** We are currently seeking a procurement officer for a government agency in Stockholm. In this role, you will become part of the finance and procurement unit, where you will have independent responsibility for driving and executing procurements, direct procurements, and call-offs. **Assignment Period and Scope:** The position of procurement officer is a part-time consulting assignment (2 full days per week) during weeks 49, 50, and 51. Starting from January 7, 2026, the assignment will transition to full-time, corresponding to 5 working days per week. During December, you will need to work on-site at the office in central Stockholm, preferably on Wednesdays and Thursdays. When the assignment transitions to full-time, you are expected to be mostly on-site at the agency. The assignment initially runs until March 31, 2026, with the possibility of extension for up to 3 months. The assignment can be extended until June 30, 2026, at the latest. **Requirements for the Position:** - University degree in law, economics, or equivalent education, and at least three (3) years of work experience in similar roles. Alternatively, vocational education as a procurement officer/purchaser or equivalent education, along with at least three (3) years of work experience in similar roles. - Good knowledge of the Public Procurement Act (LOU). - Experience working with procurement tools, e.g., Mercell TendSign. - Proficient in MS Office or equivalent. - Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
