Would You Like to Help Implement and Coordinate the Agency's Purchases Together with Skilled and Experienced Colleagues? Then This Position is for You! The Purchasing Section Currently Consists of 13 Employees Who, in Close Collaboration with Colleagues Across the Organization, Conduct Commercially Sound Purchases. The Position is Located in Norrköping, Where Most of the Unit's Employees Are Based, or in Örebro, Where Five Employees Are Located.
You Will
- Independently Drive and Conduct Advertised Procurements for the Transport Agency's Various Operations
- Serve as a Project Manager for Both Larger and Smaller Purchases
- Perform Complex Call-offs from Framework Agreements with Renewed Competition
- Work with Ongoing Contract Management
- Support Other Section Employees and Actively Work Within Service and IT Contract Areas
- Work Within Designated Categories and Contract Areas
- Guide, Support, and Provide Service in Procurement Matters
- Conduct Internal Training

You Must Have
- University or Vocational College Education, Minimum 2 Years, Preferably in Procurement, Economics, Law, or Another Relevant Field
- At Least 3 Years of Current Experience (Full-Time Equivalent) Independently Conducting Advertised Procurements for Public Sector
- Completed Procurements in Various Areas and Complexities
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good Ability to Express Yourself Well in Swedish, Both Verbally and in Writing
It's Advantageous If You Also Have
- Worked as a Public Procurement Specialist (Full-Time Equivalent) More Than 3 Years
- Experience in Negotiation During Procurement or Contract Management
- Conducted Procurements in English
- Post-Secondary Studies in Law or Economics with Relevant Experience in the Area
