For one of our customers in Gävle, we are now seeking a driven procurement specialist who is motivated to lead and conduct effective procurement processes from start to finish to strengthen their team.
We are looking for someone who wants to ensure professional and legal business dealings by leading reference groups, developing procurement documents, and taking responsibility for the entire procurement process!
As a procurement specialist, you will play a central role in procurement matters. You will be responsible for independently, and in consultation with colleagues, driving and implementing procurements according to established procedures.
The assignment starts as soon as possible and continues until 2027-12-31. You may be interested in employment or interim consulting as the assignment's scope may vary over time.

Responsibilities
• Conduct and take responsibility for entire procurement processes
• Manage multiple procurements simultaneously
• Plan and organize work, set goals, follow up, and complete activities
Qualifications
• University education of at least 180 ECTS credits in technology, economics, or law, or equivalent competence
• At least 3 years of experience in procurement from public sector
• Experience with public sector procurement according to LOU and LUK
• Must be able to work in the Kommers procurement system
• Excellent Swedish language skills in both spoken and written form
