**About the Position**
This is a consulting assignment with excellent opportunities for permanent employment. In this role, you will initially be employed by Bravura, with the explicit intention and goal of Norconsult Fältgeoteknik AB to offer you a position with them in the long term. This arrangement provides both you and Norconsult a great opportunity to get to know each other and evaluate how well you collaborate.
**About the Company**
Norconsult Fältgeoteknik is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Norconsult AB. They conduct geotechnical and environmental investigations across all types of projects, from large complex infrastructure facilities to individual small construction projects, from preliminary planning to pile length determination. They also perform radon measurements and stability investigations. Their client base is broad, ranging from private entities to large public clients such as the Swedish Transport Administration. The company currently has established operations in Malmö, Gothenburg, and Luleå, providing them with strong geographical coverage. Norconsult Fältgeoteknik offers a comprehensive solution for geotechnical investigations and delivers a complete solution to their clients, including field reports on completed work. They also conduct radon measurements and stability investigations and offer marine drilling with a barge, core drilling, DTH drilling, underwater drones, and environmental technical investigations. All investigation methods are carried out in accordance with Eurocode.
**Responsibilities**
As a Project Manager, your primary responsibility will be to lead and drive assignments from start to finish with full accountability for delivery. You will plan, coordinate, and follow up on all aspects of the project to ensure that the work is executed according to set goals, timelines, and quality requirements. You will be the main contact for clients and responsible for building good relationships while coordinating internal and external resources and distributing tasks. The role involves identifying risks, managing deviations, and reporting status to relevant stakeholders.
Furthermore, you will work on structuring the project's phases, monitoring the budget and financial frameworks, and ensuring that documentation and processes adhere to the company's guidelines. You will support the team by establishing clear goals and conditions, and you will actively contribute to quality assurance and workplace safety efforts. The work requires close communication both internally and externally with field personnel, clients, and authorities to ensure an efficient workflow. The role also includes continuously identifying improvement opportunities in workflows and processes to increase efficiency and ensure a smooth execution process.
Your work will cover all of Sweden and may occasionally involve travel to visit sites for better oversight. However, most of your tasks will be performed from the office in Gothenburg.

**Education, Experience, and Personal Attributes**
- Experience in project management or advanced coordination, preferably from the private sector and a similar industry
- Understanding of financial responsibility in projects, including follow-up and cost control
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Fluent in Swedish and English
