About this role
Are you passionate about driving development and creating value at the intersection of business and IT? Do you have the courage to lead, the ability to inspire, and a commitment to developing methods and solutions that put users at the center? We are now looking for two project leaders for the Information Management and Digitalization Department, both tasked with driving prioritized digital development that creates real benefits for the operations and residents of Örebro.
About the Position
As a project leader with us, you will play a central role in the municipality's digital transformation. You will plan, lead, and implement assignments and initiatives within the digitalization area, from idea to execution. Regardless of the context, your focus will be on translating the needs of the organization into effective solutions.
The position begins with a prioritized development assignment within the municipality's digitalization efforts. You will take the lead in testing new working methods, evaluating, and proposing how we should work long-term.
You will lead the work from idea to implementation, gather needs, prioritize together with relevant stakeholders, and ensure that solutions are developed, tested, and implemented in a way that maintains high quality. The work will involve leading prioritized development efforts within Örebro Municipality's digitalization area. The focus is not on evaluating or testing in theory, but on making things happen, realizing benefits, and creating value for users and the organization.
Common to both roles is that you will be an important bridge between business and IT, moving seamlessly between operational and tactical levels depending on what the assignment requires.
Examples of Responsibilities:
• Plan and drive daily development work in close dialogue with the business and other relevant parties
• Lead workshops and needs assessments and translate these into clear requirements
• Coordinate resources, suppliers, and stakeholders
• Plan testing, training, implementation, and actively contribute to change management to ensure that the solution is used and creates value
About the Workplace
