In this role, you will be responsible for the overall personal assistance for our customers. Through our daily work with both perceived and formal quality, you will ensure that your assistance assignments maintain good quality and standard. In close contact with the customer, we make sure that assistance is performed in a personal manner according to the customer's conditions and available opportunities. Beyond this, your contact points include internal central support functions and external entities such as the Social Insurance Agency, municipalities, trade unions, and others.
The role includes tasks related to:
• Quality work and documentation
• Finance and budgeting
• Personnel management and employee processes for your customers' assistants
• Work environment issues
We are looking for someone who:
• Enjoys social contexts and creating good relationships
• Is service-minded
• Is a pedagogical communicator
• Likes independent work while having good collaboration skills
• Is structured, good at planning, and solution-focused
• Has experience working administratively in various systems
• Has a B driver's license
• Preferably with experience in a similar role, previous management experience, and/or work within personal assistance. Additional language skills can also be meritorious.

More about the position:
Location is our office in Växjö, where we meet approximately 3 days per week.
Full-time position, working Monday to Friday.
Travel is part of the job, with potential overnight stays. Some evening work in the form of meetings and customer activities is also expected.
Start date: January 2026, by agreement.
