Your New Position
As our new HVAC Project Manager, you will have a key role in projects, responsible for leading work and ensuring delivery for the HVAC technical group, including quality, budget, timelines, follow-up, and customer contacts. You will also be part of Ramboll's growth, and we welcome an interest in meeting customers and working with tenders/procurement.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Responsible for financial and technical solutions in assignments
• Responsible for tasks, time, and resources in assignments
• Responsible for/performing technical documentation
• Conducting project design & construction design, calculations, investigations, feasibility studies, etc.
• Being a driving force in tender phases and contributing to the unit's business development
• Participation in upcoming recruitments and needs analyses
• Market analysis and monitoring
• Working with our global teams within HVAC & Energy Technology
• Mentorship and knowledge transfer
• Close work with unit manager to meet market needs
Your New Work Group
The unit is part of Ramboll's global Service Line, Transformation & Public Buildings, where we drive projects in both new construction and renovation of commercial and public buildings such as offices, residences, schools-preschools to university buildings, swimming pools, sports centers, and more. Our organizational structure enables close collaboration across competence areas and national borders, allowing us to mobilize the right expertise for each assignment – regardless of where it exists in the organization.
About You

The qualifications, skills, and knowledge that will be important for your success and development with us include:
• At least 8 years of experience in HVAC design
• Currently working as a project or assignment manager, or ready to step into that role
• Thinking innovatively and wanting to challenge yourself, customers, and the industry
• Strong commitment to sustainability and sustainable societal development
• Curiosity about digitalization and how we can develop our offering for the benefit of our customers
• Knowledge and experience with the AMA system and description work
• Business acumen and a natural ability to build trust-inspiring relationships
• Ability to collaborate across both technical and geographical boundaries
• Good communication skills in speech and writing in Swedish
• Leadership skills and interest in developing yourself and others
