About the Role: As Assignment Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the customer's assistance and the work environment for our personal assistants. You will work closely with customers to create individual solutions and ensure their needs are met in the best possible way, in full compliance with the laws and regulations governing our operations. Your tasks include: - Recruiting personal assistants - Responsible for assistants' work environment and work planning - Budget responsibility and management of assistance costs - Planning and scheduling work hours according to collective agreements and work environment requirements - Marketing Inkludera Assistans and attracting new customers Who Are You? We are looking for someone with relevant education or work experience in personal assistance or similar areas. You are confident in your leadership, proactive, and have a good ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience in the personal assistance and LSS industry is highly meritorious.
