About Unika Stålbogavägen Short-Term Residence
Unika's Stålbogvägen short-term residence is located in Bandhagen and Årsta, approximately six kilometers apart. At our short-term accommodations, both the environment and support are tailored to each child's individual needs. We customize activities based on what the children enjoy doing, encouraging both physical and calm activities. Each child and youth is met with great attentiveness and respect.
About the Support Assistant Role
As a support assistant, you will work to provide individually adapted support to people with functional variations, with the goal of promoting their independence and well-being in daily life. You will support users in their daily routines and activities, based on their needs and abilities, always using their personal implementation plan as a starting point.
We work with a salutogenic and pedagogical approach, focusing on each individual's unique strengths and resources. The goal is for users to achieve maximum independence and live a meaningful life with high quality of life. As a support assistant, you will work using clarifying pedagogy and low-affective approach to create security and predictability in users' daily lives. At the same time, we have a strong focus on working professionally and efficiently within the organization's resources and budget.
Qualifications
• Excellent Swedish language skills, both verbal and written
• Good computer skills, experience with documentation
• Experience in care and support work
• High school education such as child and leisure program, care and support program, or post-secondary education like support pedagogue, social pedagogue, or college education in relevant field
Merits include:

Employment Terms
Employment Type: Hourly
Working Hours: Evenings and weekends
Start Date: By agreement, we look positively on immediate start
