About Unika in Motala The group housing is centrally located in Motala. The operation is aimed at individuals within LSS with intellectual disabilities, autism or autism-like conditions - with a focus on comorbidity or psychiatric additional diagnosis. About the Support Assistant Role As a support assistant, you will work to offer a meaningful and predictable everyday life for those living with us. We work systematically and goal-oriented based on the assignment plan we receive from our clients, and maintain a professional and salutogenic approach in our work. We adapt our work to each individual's conditions and needs, with the starting point being the individual's personal implementation plan. Our goal is for residents to become as independent as possible, and we support them in using their own resources to develop and achieve a good quality of life. Our primary working methods are low-affective approach and clarifying pedagogy. We also maintain a strong focus on working professionally and efficiently within the operation's resources and budget. Qualifications • Excellent Swedish language skills, both verbal and written • Good computer skills, experience with documentation • Experience working in healthcare and social care • High school education such as child and leisure program, healthcare and social care program, or post-secondary education such as support pedagogue, social pedagogue, or higher education in a relevant field • Driving license (B-class) required Meritorious if you additionally have: • Experience with psychiatry, AAC and low-affective approach • Worked with complex support needs Employment Terms Employment type: Hourly employment, temporary position with potential for permanent employment Work scope: Part-time Working hours: Day, evening, weekend, and sleeping on-call shifts occur Start date: By agreement, we look positively on immediate start Collective agreement: We are bound by Vårdföretagarna/Kommunal, Branch E What Can We Offer You?
