About the Position
We are seeking someone who wants to work as a youth and/or family therapist on an hourly basis.
The work involves conducting treatment interventions in families with needs related to relationships, communication, parenting skills, or youth behavior. Interventions typically occur at home or in the local environment and are designed based on assignments from social services.
You will receive support from a treatment coordinator and operational manager, and will be offered regular supervision.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct structured treatment conversations with children, youth, and parents
- Work with relationship and behavior-changing methods
- Collaborate with social services, schools, and other stakeholders
- Document and follow up on treatment interventions
- Participate in supervision and planning meetings
Qualifications
- Social worker, behavioral scientist, CBT Step 1 therapist, social pedagogue, or equivalent higher education
- At least 1 year of experience in treatment work with children, youth, and/or families
- Class B driver's license, as the position requires travel
- Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish
Merits:

- Knowledge of methods such as ART, CRA, FFT, KSL, rePULSE, or similar manual-based treatment programs
