Personal Assistant Needed for Man with Autism in Brösarp
We are seeking a personal assistant for a man with autism living in his own house. The role involves supporting our client in his daily life, including home and garden maintenance, shopping, and cooking. As an assistant, you will support him in activities such as walks, outings, music, and weekly swimming.
Previous experience with autism is certainly a significant merit, but the most important qualities are a positive attitude and genuine interest in helping improve his daily life.
Ideal candidates should:
- Be calm and self-assured
- Have several years of work experience
- Be comfortable working in a small team of assistants
- Able to follow established routines
- Capable of working independently
- Possess a valid driver's license (as you will be driving the client's car for activities)
This position is for substitute work with available shifts. Shifts are 24-hour periods from 08:00-08:00, including a 7-hour night shift.
A longer substitute position is available in spring 2025.
