Vifolkagården Care Home is located in Mantorp, where we focus on creating a meaningful existence for the residents through quality care and close collaboration with various professionals. We place great emphasis on quality and development and continually strive to improve our care home. The facility consists of five units with 46 apartments. One unit is dedicated to dementia care and four are somatic care units. We also have 2 apartments for respite care. We are now looking for several nursing assistants who are ready to accept the challenge and become a part of our team.

JOB DESCRIPTION
As a nursing assistant at Vifolkagården Care Home, you will work based on the individual needs and wishes of the residents, providing support in daily life from a salutogenic perspective. Your role primarily involves actively and engaged care, rehabilitation training, and daily rehabilitation to ensure that residents have a secure, pleasant, and meaningful existence. Your tasks include delegated health and medical care responsibilities, documentation, and you will be an active participant in our development work. A significant part of the role also involves social interaction with residents, where you will be expected to support them in various daily activities.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who is a trained and certified nursing assistant. Proficiency in spoken and written Swedish is required. Experience working systematically with written documentation, deviations, implementation plans, quality, routines, and quality registers is an asset. Experience with the documentation system Lifecare is also advantageous.

You have the ability to write clearly, concisely, and well-structured. You can follow instructions, procedures, legal requirements, and policies while adhering to set timelines.
