Job Responsibilities Are you the one who makes it possible for people to stay at home? We are investing in home care, focusing on the working environment for our staff and the well-being of our clients, and we are expanding with three nursing assistants for Torpavallsgatan Södra home care. This initiative is part of the implementation of a fixed care contact. We share facilities with three other home care units. Working in elderly care allows you to contribute to joy and well-being in life. The goal is for clients to have meaningful days, where you provide excellent personal care and social support. You will have the opportunity to develop in your professional role while making a difference for those we serve. Our operations run every day, which means that work hours will include days, evenings, and weekends. Working in home care means that you support and assist clients in their own homes according to approved support interventions. You will travel to individuals’ homes by walking, cycling, or driving. Your tasks will include practical assistance with personal hygiene and care, support during meals, activities, laundry, cleaning, and more. You will also perform health and medical tasks according to instructions and delegation from a nurse. All documentation is done digitally. As a nursing assistant in home care, you will enjoy a varied job where you contribute to a dignified and meaningful life. Qualifications Requirements: - We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant and can provide documentation of protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare. - Good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. - Basic computer skills (IT knowledge). - You are familiar with cycling and can use an electric bike in your work. Desirable but not required: - Experience in care and support work, preferably in home care. - Experience with social documentation and reception representative roles. - B driving license and driving experience.
