We Are Seeking We are seeking nursing assistants for Kiruna and Gällivare. The Malmfält region offers a unique combination of future optimism, belonging, and quality of life. Your Responsibilities As a nursing assistant at Region Norrbotten, you will work closely with patients and contribute to safe, secure, and patient-centered care. Your tasks will vary depending on the specific work setting but may include: • Nursing care and support for patients based on individual needs • Observe, document, and report patient conditions and changes • Assist nurses and other healthcare staff during examinations, treatments, and sample collections • Perform basic care, such as personal hygiene, mobilization, meals, and patient transfers • Work on preventive care and rehabilitation in collaboration with other professional groups • Participate in quality and improvement work within the unit • Contribute to a positive work environment and good treatment of patients, relatives, and colleagues You will work according to the Region's vision "Together for Norrbotten – the best life, the best health".
