Lövgärdet Care and Nursing Home is a residence with a high level of comfort and a rich selection of activities, located near forest and lake. Here, there is great diversity among both residents and employees, with two Finnish-speaking units - one focused on dementia care and one for general care and support. We are seeking four nursing assistants - two for our somatic care and two for dementia care.
With us, you make a real difference every day. You see the health in each resident and help them utilize their own resources. With your commitment, warmth, and professionalism, you contribute to making daily life safe, active, and filled with quality of life in their own home at our care facility.
Work tasks include everything from personal care, meal support, encouragement and support in social activities, to collaboration with relatives. Some tasks are performed on assignment from licensed personnel. You will also serve as a contact person helping residents articulate their needs and wishes.
Your work hours will be scheduled for day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications
We are seeking candidates who:
- Are trained as a nursing assistant, can provide the National Board of Health and Welfare's certificate of protected professional title, or can demonstrate employment as a nursing assistant when new regulations were introduced
- Have previous experience working in care and support
- Have good computer skills for documentation in IT systems and strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with others
Additional merits include:

In your role, you will meet many people, which requires the ability to work together to achieve common goals. You should be respectful, open in your interactions, and always focus on the residents' best interests. Your workday may sometimes differ from planned, as you work with people, so you must remain calm, balance different requirements, and re-prioritize tasks.
