Abborre Home Care Cleaning & Personal Assistance AB offers care and service within home care. We are seeking a nursing assistant who wants to work with our evening patrol (Home Care). We need to hire four nursing assistants for our evening patrol in Stockholm's inner city and southern districts. Job Responsibilities We work with a person-centered approach to provide good and safe care to our customers. You will perform care work based on the customer's needs and wishes within the framework of approved services. The job includes documentation, which means you must be computer-literate and able to express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. You should have a professional approach and be flexible and development-oriented. We use mobile phones and move between customers by walking, cycling, using public transportation, and by car. Your main tasks involve planning and performing qualified care work in the customer's home within home care services. Since your workplace is primarily in our customers' homes, it is important that you respect their home and need for privacy, and that you are thorough, independent, service-oriented, and responsible. All employees must provide an extract from the criminal record before employment, and we will also check references from previous employers. Qualifications We are seeking someone who has completed the care program and is a certified nursing assistant or has equivalent education and/or experience in care work. Experience in home care is a requirement. You are flexible and responsible and want to work both independently and in a team with varying tasks. A driver's license is a plus.
