JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We need more colleagues in home care, and as a nursing assistant in home care, you are an everyday hero!

We see that you as a nursing assistant in our home care are a key person in our service users' lives. You provide individually tailored care and support in their homes, with respect for integrity and self-determination.

You work independently while always supported by an engaged team, and you have the opportunity to truly see the result of your efforts. Your days will be varied, with tasks including care, healthcare tasks on delegation, social documentation, and actively working with implementation plans according to the IBIC method (Individual Needs in Focus).
The position involves day and evening shifts, as well as weekends. We also take responsibility for the whole, which means you may work resource shifts in other units.
QUALIFICATIONS
You have completed a care and nursing education and have a certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare with a protected professional title as a nursing assistant.
A B driver's license is a prerequisite for being able to travel to our service users.
