**Nursing Assistant at Backlyckan in Hällekis – Where Care and Security Come First**

Backlyckan is a cozy residence with 10 places, where we work every day to create a meaningful, safe, and dignified daily life for our residents. With us, you have the opportunity to make a real difference – with the residents' needs and wishes as our primary focus. The accommodation is staffed around the clock, which creates continuity and security for both residents and staff.
As part of Hällekis elder care, you will also get to know our home care service, which provides support and care to people in Hällekis and surrounding areas. The staff at Backlyckan and home care have their premises at Hällesäter in beautiful Hällekis.
**About the Role**
As a nursing assistant with us, your primary task will be to provide support and care to our residents based on their individual needs and the services granted according to the Social Services Act. We always work with participation and influence as a focus – the individual’s wishes and self-determination guide how and when the services should be carried out.
For us, the individual is at the center, and we value a respectful, empathetic, and humble approach in every interaction.
You are a person who is secure in yourself, enjoys taking responsibility, and has the ability to work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues and other professionals. Since you often work closely with the residents, good judgment, attentiveness, and a genuine desire to create security and quality of life for those you meet are essential.

**Qualifications**
We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant. You need to have evidence of Protected Professional Title from the National Board of Health and Welfare or a certificate from a previous employer confirming that you held a permanent position as a nursing assistant before July 1, 2023. You also need to have Swedish 1 or equivalent at the upper secondary level. Experience in documentation in Life Care and working with action plans is an advantage. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability, engagement, and the ability to create security and comfort for our residents.
**Terms and Conditions**
We offer a permanent position at 100%. Start date will be agreed upon. The job involves varied working hours – days, evenings, and every other weekend.
