At Solliden in Frövi, we are now seeking two nursing assistants for temporary positions. Approximately 30 people live here. Some of our valued employees are taking leave, which gives you the chance to become part of our team.
Solliden is a small and familial special housing facility where we work together to create safety, participation, and a meaningful daily life for our residents.

WORK TASKS
The work involves performing standard care tasks based on implementation plans, health and medical tasks after delegation, and documentation according to current routines and legislation. You will support and motivate residents towards participation and independence, and participate in social and physical activities with them.
You will work as a resource throughout the facility, which means supporting multiple departments as needed.
We offer you an introduction alongside experienced colleagues to help you feel comfortable in the role. Here, you'll always have close support and collaboration with colleagues, nurses, occupational therapists, and unit managers.
Working hours are scheduled for day and evening shifts, as well as weekends.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are seeking candidates who:
• Are trained as a nursing assistant and are interested in working with people.
• Have experience in healthcare and social care or social work (merit)
• Can speak Swedish proficiently enough to communicate with residents, relatives, and staff, and document what the operation requires.
• Are flexible and easy to collaborate with. You have a good approach and are not afraid to take initiative.
• Are committed, empathetic, and confident, with a great ability to read and respond to different situations.
• Are service-oriented and enjoy creating order and structure.
