What does the job entail as a nursing assistant/care assistant at Norlandia Elderly Care? A nursing assistant/care assistant within Norlandia is a valuable key person, and we are looking for someone who is skilled in their role and enjoys meeting people in various situations. Together with the team, including nurses, rehabilitation staff, and management, we collaborate around the residents to provide a good life every day.
We seek someone with a genuine interest in the elderly, where your main duties will include providing safe and secure personal care and support. You will assist residents in their daily lives and create conditions for a safe and meaningful routine. As a nursing assistant, you are responsible for providing residents with high-quality care in accordance with what has been agreed upon in their care implementation plan.
This includes, among other things:
• Personal care and support, utilizing residents' own resources.
• Working according to Norlandia's concept "Smaklig måltid" to ensure that our residents appreciate their food and that the dining experience enhances their daily lives.
• Documenting according to the Social Services Act; maintaining social journals and creating and following up on care implementation plans.
• Offering and conducting daily activities, outdoor outings, entertainment, arts and crafts, cultural activities, etc., both individual and group activities.
• Performing service tasks such as cleaning apartments, washing clothes, accompanying residents, shopping, and more.
• Actively participating in the organization’s quality and improvement work.
About Golife Elderly Home: Golife is a new modern elderly home located in Mölndal in an exciting new area, GoCo. Our elderly home has 60 places focusing on both dementia and somatic care. It is easily accessible by both car and public transport.

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
