Primary care in Region Jämtland Härjedalen is organizationally part of the Close Care Division, together with Ambulance Services, Public Dental Care, Psychiatry, and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Primary care is organized into 4 local care areas, and since January 2022, primary care and ambulance services have been integrated under good and close care. Each local care area is an economic unit led by a unit manager. Primary care is also responsible for the region’s medical advice, youth clinics, and the local care department Näva, all of which are grant-funded. Welcome to Frösö Health Center, beautifully located by the shore of Lake Storsjö, where we are now seeking a nursing assistant to join our wonderful team! Frösö Health Center is a pleasant and well-functioning workplace located not far from Gustavsbergsbacken, perfect for an evening ride after work. The team consists of: general practitioners, resident doctors, district nurses, registered nurses, diabetes nurses, nursing assistants, medical secretaries, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists. Additionally, there is a family center with a maternity clinic, child health clinic, and open preschool. We have just over 50 wonderful employees and 2 unit managers who together provide patient-focused care to approximately 12,600 registered patients. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Typical duties as a nursing assistant at the health center. Main responsibilities include work in the sampling/lab area, assistance to other clinics, home visits, and participation in our infection clinic. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with a nursing assistant education with a healthcare focus. Experience in clinic work and primary care is an advantage. It is also a plus if you have worked with Cosmic or other data systems. You feel motivated to work in a changing environment. You should be outgoing, flexible, structured, and accustomed to meeting patients with diverse needs. You must be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
