About this role
Some of our team members are moving on to new challenges, which is why we are now looking for daytime nursing assistants.
Wijbacken is a dynamic location where many positive things happen in everyday life. Many of our employees have worked in the organization for a long time, and there is a strong commitment, a lot of joy in the workplace, and a desire to contribute to the development of our services. We consciously work to be clear in our communication, practicing this daily in all workgroups. Our goal is for you to grow both in your profession and as a person, as we know that individual development enhances the quality of our services. We adopt a salutogenic approach as both leaders and care staff to create good conditions for a positive workday.
Wijbacken is a care facility comprising 34 apartments divided into three residential groups. We have approximately 30 employees. 25 of the apartments are intended for individuals with care needs, and 9 are for those with dementia diagnoses. The residence is set in a picturesque location in Hölö, surrounded by a pasture and arable land. It is advantageous to have a car and driver's license as bus connections are limited in the evenings and on weekends. Address: Wijbacksvägen 17, 15371 Hölö.
