About Christiansro
Christiansro is located in central Kristianstad and has 44 apartments, of which 9 are for individuals with cognitive impairments.
• Activities Coordinator: We work systematically with activities and have an activities coordinator who develops and executes meaningful activities with our residents.
• Animals in care: We incorporate animals in our care and have regular visits from therapy animals.
As a care assistant, you play a crucial role!
Your task is to enhance quality of life. With your assistance, our residents can maintain their lifestyles and routines. You see each person as an individual and interpret their needs. At the same time, you will learn a lot about care, aging, and how to interact with people.

You are closest to the residents and thus hold a key role in the team alongside nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. You also participate in care planning and write social documentation.

Your experience and knowledge
We prefer that you are a trained care assistant and have worked for several years in elderly care. Good computer skills and experience with documentation are also advantageous. Proficiency in spoken and written Swedish is a requirement, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important aspect. If you share our values and have the right qualities, we will provide you with the support and opportunity to grow.
