We are looking for new employees for home care services in Svanesund as our operations are expanding.
Here you are offered an inspiring and varied work in a dynamic environment. Svanesund home care currently consists of two work groups with a home base at Eklunden. In recent years, we have introduced web shopping for daily groceries for our clients, digital key locks, digital medication signing, and medication dispensers.
We sell our cleaning and window cleaning services to an external company.

Your Work Tasks
We work with clients who have been granted support through individually assessed interventions based on the Social Services Act.
This means that as an employee, you will work to preserve and develop people's own resources. You will perform certain healthcare tasks after delegation from home healthcare. The assignment as a nurse assistant in home care includes being a primary care contact for several clients. You are responsible, among other things, for developing and following up individual implementation plans together with the client. We visit clients by walking, cycling, or driving.
We work both day and evening shifts, and every other weekend. Orust Municipality applies smoke-free working hours. We use LifeCare mobile care as an app on your personal phone where we have our work plans and register our visits.
About You
You should be able to interact with people in various situations professionally. We expect you to be a positive person who can create a climate with the group where you and your colleagues work towards common goals/sub-goals. You should be creative and easy to collaborate with others.
We are looking for someone with great flexibility and the ability to meet new challenges professionally. You should be positive and see the advantages of a non-prestigious approach. You are a certified nurse assistant. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.
Additional Information:
Within Orust Municipality, we apply Full-Time as the Norm, which means you will receive a full-time employment. This may mean that as an employee, you may do resource shifts at other units than the one you are hired for.
Working Hours/Duration: Monday – Sunday, including evening and weekend shifts. Permanent employment with start as soon as possible pending necessary decisions.
Salary: Fixed monthly salary
