The Staff Pool is a unit tasked with providing a shared personnel resource, initially working in the areas of Surgery, Medicine, and Orthopedics. This gives you, as a nursing assistant, the opportunity to develop broad competence and be part of building a new operation.
We continuously work systematically on improvements, and our ambition is always to focus on skills development.
WORK TASKS
As a staff pool employee, you'll meet patients in the areas of medicine, surgery, orthopedics, and emergency care, with typical work tasks for a nursing assistant.
The position involves rotation work day/evening/night. Opportunity to work only night shifts exists.
QUALIFICATIONS
We're seeking a qualified nursing assistant with experience in medicine, surgery, and orthopedics. Experience in multiple areas/units is meritorious. You believe in development and healthcare possibilities.
Expected personal qualities include collaboration skills, attentiveness, enjoyment of changes, and flexibility. You see working in a team and contributing to Region Jämtland Härjedalen as a given. Patient-focus and responsibility are key.
