The Ear, Nose, and Throat Clinic is a regional clinic consisting of two clinics. One is located at US in Linköping and one at Vrinnevisjukhuset in Norrköping.
In Norrköping, we now need to expand our team with one more nurse assistant. We have approximately 220 employees at our clinic with operations including hearing care, speech therapy, and interpretation services.

Job Description
As a nurse assistant in our organization, your task is to help prepare and assist in physician-led clinics. You help the doctor by assisting at the clinic, preparing examination rooms before and at the end of the day. We place great emphasis on orderliness and performing tasks with quality.
We see patient groups from zero years and up, in both elective and acute care. We also have a small unit for outpatient procedures.
Work Group
We are a small staff group of 16 people. The clinic staff consists of nurse assistants and nurses with long experience in our specialty. For our work group, it is important to create an open climate, which means we collectively contribute by asking questions, offering each other help, and sharing our knowledge and expertise. Communication and collaboration are some of our key principles.
The clinic also includes a small CPAP and sleep unit and some of the clinic's surgical planners.
About You
We are looking for someone with an approved high school education of at least 2,250 points, Healthcare and Care Program or equivalent. For adult education, an approved high school education of at least 1,400 points in Healthcare and Care or equivalent.
When meeting people in the role, it is important that you have an interest in human interaction. When interacting with patients, relatives, or others present during medical visits, it is crucial to have knowledge and skills in this area. Experience with clinic work is meritorious.
In addition to meeting patients and assisting, your ability in administrative work requires both knowledge and computer skills. Experience with the Cosmic journal system is meritorious. Collaboration is a given. You are part of the patient team, so it is important that you can express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
As a person, you are positive and see opportunities in changes, and are flexible, which means you are stress-resistant and can adapt to different situations. You are easy to collaborate with, and your ability to work both independently and in a team with other professional groups is a given. You need to handle unforeseen situations by planning and prioritizing your work effectively based on patient needs and organizational goals. In your role, you maintain orderliness with quality. Valued characteristics include being attentive and communicating constructively.
