About this role
At Marielunds Home Care, you will be part of a wonderful team that works together to provide our citizens with the best possible care and support. The workplace is both in our citizens' homes and in our newly renovated, centrally located facilities at Österängsparken, a location shared with four other home care groups, managers, coordinators, and licensed personnel.
We are currently seeking a nursing assistant at 75%, with the possibility of full-time employment at Marielunds Home Care within the Care and Support Administration in Östersund Municipality. Working hours include day, evening, and weekend shifts. We have a needs-based schedule where you have the opportunity to significantly influence your own schedule. Currently, care staff work four weekday evenings and seven weekend shifts per five-week scheduling period, with evening and Monday morning counted as weekend.
Your New Job
As a nursing assistant in home care, you will work with personal care and service in citizens' homes. You work to promote the physical, mental, and social health of the citizens you assist. Your mission is to support the citizen and facilitate their daily life. You provide personal care based on individual needs and perform delegated health and medical interventions, such as specific care and rehabilitation.
In the job, you will move between citizens by bicycle or municipal vehicles and therefore need to be able to operate both. You will work closely with other nursing assistants and care workers, as well as the municipality's licensed personnel such as occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and district nurses. Another important task is to regularly document in our operational systems.

Your Competence
Requirements
• Nursing assistant education
• Good Swedish language skills, both verbal and written
• Good computer skills
• B driver's license
• Ability to cycle
Meriting
• Experience working in home care
• Experience with delegated care interventions
• Comfortable using phone and computer as work tools
